General information about the service
The service works on the principle of subscription. It is tied to your device’s MAC address and is prolonged by default using the same payment method once the subscription expires.

Service activation
You can activate the «Ads-Free» service in your Account at wi-fi.ru or in the MT_FREE app, which you can install via Google Play or App Store.
Via Wi-Fi.ru portal: To enter the Account, push the human silhouette button in the right upper corner of the page, enter your phone number, press «Next» and then enter the verification code you received in the SMS. After signing in select the device you want to activate the service for by swiping MACs, then press «All fares(tariffs)», choose the suitable one and pay for it.
Via MT_FREE app: Tap the «All fares (tariffs)» section and choose a service and a fare, select the device (listed by MAC) which you intend to activate the service for and pay for the service. (MAC-address is specified in Settings (in «About emulated device» or similarly named section) and looks like this: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX. The identification procedure is compulsory for each new device)

How to unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe via MT_FREE app, which you can install via Google Play and App Store or in your Account at Wi-Fi.ru.
- Via MT_FREE app: Open «My devices» tab Select the device you want to unsubscribe and push the Actual fare (tariff) (a picture of train) Deactivate the slider near the next payment date (or the «Unsubscribe» button)
- Via Wi-Fi.ru portal: To enter the Account, push the human silhouette button in the right upper corner of the page, enter your phone number, press «Next» and then enter the verification code you received in SMS. After signing in, select the device, you want to unsubscribe by swiping MACs and deactivate the slider near the next payment date (or the «Unsubscribe» button)
The service will be active till the subscription expires. You can do this at any place.
If you don’t succeed unsubscribing, contact us at premium@maximatelecom.ru. and specify:
- The phone number you used for registration;
- MAC-address of the subscribed device;
- MAC-address of the subscribed device;
- If you paid with bank card, write 6 figures from the beginning and 4 from the ending of the bank card number.

The subscription doesn’t prolong — what shall I do?
Check the balance of your payment method (bank card, phone number account or PayPal)
If it’s not the reason, try unsubscribing and subscribing again. Learn more in «How to unsubscribe?»

How to change payment method or bank card details?
You need to unsubscribe and wait for the subscription to expire. Learn more in «How to unsubscribe?»
You can also do it in the MT_FREE app.

How to transfer the service to another device?
You can do it on your own up to 5 times per 30 days within one phone number.
You can transfer the service via Account at Wi-Fi.ru portal or MT_FREE app, which you can install via Google Play and App Store. Store or in your Account at Wi-Fi.ru
To enter the Account, push the human silhouette button in the right upper corner of the page, enter your phone number, press «Next» and then enter the verification code you received via SMS.
After signing in, the activated service and tap the «Transfer to another device» button.
To do it via MT_FREE app, go to the activated service tab on the main screen of the app and tap the «Transfer to another device» button.
You can do this at any place.
If you don’t succeed transferring the service, contact us at premium@maximatelecom.ru and specify:
- The phone number you used for registration;
- MAC-address of the subscribed device;
- MAC-address of the device you want to transfer the service to;
- The date of payment and the payment method;
- If you paid with bank card, write 6 figures from the beginning and 4 from the ending of the bank card number.

«Ads-Free» service
The «Ads-Free» service allows you to connect to MT_FREE network without watching advertisements and enables you to skip the authentication procedure. The subscription-based service is tied to your device’s MAC address. When the original payment period expires, the subscription is extended by default using the same payment method that the original payment was made with.
