MaximaTelecom received a credit rating of BBB+(RU) with a stable outlook

Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) has assigned MaximaTelecom JSC the BBB+(RU) rating with a stable outlook.

When assigning the rating, the Agency noted a strong business profile of the company, its high profitability and operation in highly developed regions (Moscow, St. Petersburg).

“We are pleased with the first credit rating in MaximaTelecom history. In recent years we have made the transition from a startup to a stable fast-growing business. The structure and size of the company require transition to a new level in the development of corporate governance and internal financial discipline. One of the steps in this direction is obtaining a credit rating from a leading Russian rating agency. This step will undoubtedly improve the quality of our communication with investors and creditors,” said Boris Volpe, General Director of MaximaTelecom.

ACRA has noted diversification of the company’s business into two promising areas: advertising technologies and urban digitalization. According to the Agency, the accumulated experience of implementation of projects on automation of various city services correctly positions the company in themarket of digital transformation solutions.
